30-day return requests

If something is wrong with your PTC product, submit a return request under our 30-day return policy. Include your order number and tell us what went wrong. We'll review your request for a replacement or refund.

Custom design requests

Pair an existing PTC front graphic, shirt logo or official brand seal with a different existing back saying. Small chest/pocket placement is available by request.

Add $6.95 per shirt to the regular price for changes to an existing artwork combination or placement. Craig confirms availability and the full price before payment. New artwork or major design edits are quoted separately.

Please include:

  • Front graphic or logo, and placement
  • Back saying or design
  • Fit/sleeve, shirt color, size, and quantity
  • Any additional notes
